Management doesn't care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent-stabilized building in a decent, up and coming area.
Cons:
Roaches everywhere, repairs take forever, front gates constantly broken, ugly with no curb appeal, loud uncontrollable neighbors. Management is unresponsive and it is clear by their attitude that they do not care about the tenants of the building.
Advice to owner:
Sell it to someone who actually cares.
