1605 walton ave bronx
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location trains close by
Cons:
Mice and cockroaches infested, hangouts in the hallways, garbage on the hallways, dirty floors, takes for ever to fix things on the apartment,
Advice to owner:
Clean this building please and remove all the people hanging in it that don’t live here and fix things.

1605 Walton Ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
The water pressure is decent & the heat is also decent
Cons:
There’s roaches everywhere.
Rats, mice, lots of tiny holes.
There was a raccoon eating everyone’s garbage last week.
No alarm system in the roof.
People smoke in the building.
Dirty walls, and floors.
Poor stairs,
And people that doesn’t even live in the building made the hallways a hang out spot.
The rent is extremely high.
Advice to owner:
We give complaints, and we try to get in contact with him but we barely get the support we need from the landlord.
