This building owned by Pistilli Realty Group is a dump.

Pros:
There is nothing to like about this building or the management.
Cons:
Everything is unsatisfactory. Tenants, living conditions, everything that you can think of that is negative is associated with this building and the filthy people that live here.
Advice to owner:
Respond to your residents complaints, hire a new super, be more involved, renovate, repair, make amends, and simply do your damn job.
