It’s nasty
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing good I can say about this building is that the neighbors don’t bother and are not loud.
Cons:
This building is very disgusting I’ve been doing everything to get rid of roaches and they don’t go away and don’t get me started on the rats that’s as worse as the roaches you catch two and three more appear
Advice to owner:
They should get people to close all these holes under the heaters, inside the closets and under the sinks. Also the floors look rotten you can’t walk without feeling you’ll fall through the floor.
