Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Two elevators. Spacious building.
Cons:
No heat DIRTY!!! Smells really bad, the walls are dirty. Garbage shoot are located on each floor. They stink and have overflow garbage coming out. Broken hallway lights
Advice to owner:
Actually take the time to come out and see the conditions you have your tenants in.
