    Old but OK

    Pros:
    This building is prewar , has large bedrooms, and living rooms . Things are dated but well kept.
    Cons:
    Another of people in and out , loud music being played outside is an issue .
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the front of the building clear

    Not the best area to live in since it's so loud all the time.
