Needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Superintendent keeps building clean
Cons:
Roach infested apartments. Management seems very unwilling to help with problems in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
I would advice the property owner to fix issues in the apartments that’ll help with the roach infestations. Disgusting that I even have riches in my fridge and on my couches, even on my bed.
