Pros:
Nothing good to say about the building
Cons:
It’s filthy not swept, mop floors are dirty, stained, broken stairs, infested with roaches and Mices in the apartment, rats dropping, ceiling leaks, the hallways are dirty it’s not swept, mop not often the hallways smell, the building is not disinfected
Advice to owner:
Make repairs, get rid of the roaches, mices, mop, clean the hallways mop, sweep at least once a week your keep the hallways smelling bad, it dirty your don’t clean often enough that’s piggish and nasty
