Decent, quiet building, but old
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cleaning at least twice a week ( for the most part) Quiet, neighbors occasionally play music Rooms are pretty big compared to newer buildings Security door Usually quick to fix issues within building Lots of transportation and trees right outside Lots of windows in apartment , more sunlight Improved over the years
Cons:
Shoddy electrical work Leaks, and some cracked walls Don’t always respond to issues, have to call multiple times Walk up (if that’s a problem) Gets pretty hot in the summer, and because of electrical work not every room can have cooling. Poor ventilation especially in bathroom.
Advice to owner:
Check in on apartments, respond more quickly to complaints.
