Not the best building or area to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to buses ONLY. Close to grocery stores, supermarkets, discount stores, banks and fast food takeout restaurants.
Cons:
Small apartments/bedrooms. Noisy neighbors. Management team takes months-year to complete apartment work orders. Gun and gang violence in the neighborhood. Trains are not nearby. PARKING IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Advice to owner:
Complete work orders in a timely manner. Request Tenant meetings.
