Former Tenant
Pros:
Its near Washington heights Manhattan, many trains nearby 4,D and 1,A have to take bus across to Washington heights to take train 1 and A
Cons:
Summertime horrible blasting music every night till 5am, super attendant doesn’t do they’re job right at all.
Advice to owner:
Please hire a new superintendent, have more security in building and better elevator everything breaks down easily
