Terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
There isn’t anything positive about this building or the way that management operates.
Cons:
Building super is lazy, doesn’t clean, rude and careless. Management office is no different the building is super filthy and has several violation in almost about every unit and the building itself.
Refrain from renting any property in this building.
I have 20 years plus living here and all of the repairs I have to make myself.
Advice to owner:
Be a responsible landlord and hire a responsible & efficient team.
