Pros:
Front desk 24/7 Parking at low cost Maintenance crew very helpful and friendly
Cons:
Manager never present and not friendly Building full of cockroaches Tenants have 0 control over their own apartments heat. The temperature is extremely high even in winter. It’s mandatory to have the fan on or A/C even in January
Advice to owner:
Be more accessible and friendly with tenants.
