Pros:
Secure door in the front. Pass key needed to unlock
Cons:
Loud noise in the summers with parties right in the front sidewalk and the park across the street. Mice and roaches are a problem. Leaks and things are really just patched up and have to keep being fixed. Nothing is done permanently. Garbage shoot is always full mice come out of there. Garbage is left right in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Come around more often and check !
