A mixed bag
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to transportation (2/5 trains, bx19, bx21, bx36) and close to Crotona Park, shopping mall nearby
Cons:
the surrounding area isn't the best, I wouldn't feel safe walking alone there at night, neighbors are loud and not respectful, rodents were an issue.
