Building needs upgrade asap

Pros:
I like that Majority of the time the front door of the building is lock.. you need a key to enter
Cons:
Rodents.. I have mice in my apartment they come in from under my house door
Advice to owner:
Take care of this rodent problem it’s becoming a real issue through out the building

Boil hot toilet water and rat holes

Friendly tenants , beautiful view, not too much violence
Cons:
No cameras, super never fixes anything
Advice to owner:
Hire me , if been fixing and purchasing all of the appliances on my own
