Things to Think About
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is very nice and attentive handles what he has to.
New intercom being installed
Cons:
Neighbors always loud and fighting
Homeless sometimes wonder into building
Neighbors blast music especially in the mornings
Sometimes urine under stairs by mailbox
Fighting/arguments in hallway/staircase
Advice to owner:
Install new intercom
Make sure door locks
Fix mailboxes
Clean building better
Make sure there's always hot water
