It should be. Shit down.

Pros:
There is no pros. Just it keeps tenants from being homeless
Cons:
No heat
When you ask the. Landlord to. Repair anything. You have. To. Hold his rent. Or tell him your going. To report it to the city inspectors. And. Even with that je. Doesn’t fix it the correct way.
Advice to owner:
He should keep his. Tenants. Happy because they. Pay. Him on time.
