Okay place to live.

Pros:
Building is often clean, super or subcontractors keep the walls patched when neighbors and movers mess up the walls. Adequate heating, and now adequate hot water during all times of the day. Management is very responsive and this small piece of the neighborhood is good with the back of the school being across the street.
Cons:
Lack of hot water during prime hours it was a issue for years but they recently fixed this issue to the point where boiling water was practically coming out of the taps while dangerous for kids, it helped to keep the hot water for longer and allowed for an actual hot shower. And Noisy, with shared alley ways parties on the block, and often loud neighbors. Not the ideal place for someone who wants peace and quiet.
