It is location close to schools ,restaurants, supermarket and laundromat.

Pros:
I like the shower .
Cons:
I did not like the heater system, it got too hot .It was infested with mice.
Advice to owner:
To get an updated heating system and to get a professional pest control company to take care of the mice .
