The bldg has various violations. Mold, no heat, falling ceilings.Dirty.Etc
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area still isn’t too bad.
Cons:
Crackheads hang in the Bldg as well as outside the Bldg. The front door lock is always broken. The heat isn’t good in some apts. The maintenance of the Bldg isn’t good. Hallways stays dirty. Mailboxes are broken. The Bldg has pretty much become a transition bldg.
Advice to owner:
Correct the violations in these apts. The Super should mop the building on a daily basis. The Crackheads shouldn’t be hanging in the Bldg as well as outside of the building. “ Stop trying to save oil and provide adequate heat.
