The worst building u can live in look else where

Just the neighbors
Cons:
They don’t clean the hallways or stairs Garbage all over the place Mice&roaches They fix nothing Horrible
Advice to owner:
You need to do better people pay good money to live Good not like trash . Clean it up things need to change
