Bad lanlord and superintendent

None it’s horrible here
Cons:
No proper heating The apartment above been leaking for 3 years + The super got mad because I called 311 and told me he not gonna he not going come no more Ever since that day he only came to paint and did a horrible job He patched up the ceiling which is now falling apart the plaster failing off the sink cabinet is getting moldy from the constant leak Had a leak in kitten ceiling my light switch was off but some how the light was on They painted over all grounds on outlets Painted tube also has rust

Its close to fordham rd
Cons:
Dirty, someone is always peeing in the staircase, neighbors are loud, everything could be better save your money and go elsewhere, rent is also too high
