Had a couple of mouse issues

College Apartment, great windows

Pros

lots of natural light, amazing windows in living room, large kitchen, decent bathrooms

Cons

heating was terrible which caused high coned bills, mice problem - both were unadressed by landlord despite requests

Advice to the owners

just because most tenants are college students doesn't mean our concerns are invalid
