Fine if you like smoke and loud music
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe, responsive super
Cons:
Hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. Loud music blasting on every floor at all hours. Loud fighting can be heard through the paper thin walls. Police presence seen/heard at the building more than 5x in the first year of living there. Right on Fordham Road - loud traffic and pedestrian noise. Management company does not return phone calls.
Advice to owner:
Rent to better tenants (ie. professionals). Return phone calls.
