- Location on Arthur Ave - Recently renovated - Washer & Dryer in building
Cons:
- Sometimes can be a little noisy - Trash management is poor

Gets nice sun from the street side. Recently updated kitchens and bathrooms
Cons:
No windows in some of the living rooms. VERY LOUD. No kitchen space. Thin walls and floors - you can hear everything
