Never adequate heat/repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Older tenants who are kind. That’s literally all.
Cons:
NEVER, EVER ANY ADEQUATE HEAT IN THE WINTER. Constant calls to Mgmt office seem to not matter to landlord. Repairs take forever to get done. Sometimes you literally have to complain to have the building cleaned.
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER! Some of us actually work hard and pay our rent. Why should we endure these conditions?! Act like you give a damn

Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. Literally nothing.
Cons:
Inadequate to no heat during heat season, left constant messages for General Mgmt and it’s as if they do not care. Loud neighbors. Marijuana smoking in hallways. I can go on and on and on…
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER. What if it were you or a loved one living here? Would you like to freeze during the winter due to lack of heat? Would you like your child entering a building where loitering and smoking occurs? I DOUBT IT.
