    Poor management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nothing at all.
    Cons:
    Everything elevator broken every other day. No cold water for showers in summer and no hot water in winter. No ventilation in elevator or lobby.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop half fixing repairs
