Pros:
In the city close to bus transportation.
Cons:
Ghetto neighbors that always wanted to fight, death threats, Not close to train, infested with mice and basement with rats. 2nd floor Apartment for $2,600 a month.
Advice to owner:
First time i moved in, it was a messy place. Clean up your messy place, you would have some respect.
Save money by saying to landlord, "not paying rent until fix" and then move out if you want with your saved money.
