Don’t move here - it’s not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and neighbors are very kind and will help you with anything you ask for. It’s also conveniently located near many shops and restaurants.
Cons:
The landlord does not do a good job with dealing with mice and takes forever with maintenance work. He also waits last minute to turn on the heat.
