Was a sweet deal in the early 10s but not now.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice view if you live on one of the higher floors.
The food options in the area are phenomenal.
Cons:
The quality of the tenants has really gone down over the last eight years.
Management does the bare minimum and sometimes not even that.
Security is a joke.
Not a safe place to live due to the above reasons.
Advice to owner:
Care about your existing tenants and this also means being more stringent on who you allow living here.
The price of rent has exploded in these buildings and you're telling me a company like Madison Security is the best you can offer? Ridiculous!
Finally, as others have mentioned getting rid of Danny along with Debra Sullivan would improve relations with staff and tenants tremendously.

Cons:
Water pressure is not good hot water is never on in the morning the walls are so thin you can hear inside your neighbors apartment building is filled with crack heads people always hanging in front of the building smoking and drinking
Advice to owner:
Provide better heat and hot water

Worst building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance workers and some security guards are nice
Cons:
Management is horrible. During the winter there is no heat and the year around the water pressure is horrible plus there is barely any hot water to take a shower with.
Advice to owner:
Remove the manager, Danny
