You will Regret Moving Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is cheap, compared with how much other landlords are asking.
Cons:
It doesnt matter whether it is cheap, living here is such a nightmare. Neighbors will fight you, dogs pff the leash, there have been many incidents where dogs bite other peoples children. Bed bugs, roaches, Mice, mold, lead, falling stairs, leaks, everything. And over 100 violations of the incrastructure. TOTAL NIGHTMARE
Advice to owner:
Dont just collect the money, do something about all the issues in the property
