Filthy, lacking basic upkeep, management is awful

The landlord is a slumlord . They can not keep a Super on the premises

Stop trying to bleed all the money out the building & fix thing building up. You are a slumlord. I’m pretty sure you don’t live like this .. bums on top of bums ...
