Isn’t worth the move in.. you will encounter problems

Pros:
The heat works amazing in the winter for the days they have it on & the view from the back of the building is unmatched you can literally see the entire Bronx.
Cons:
Building has excessive water damage, water bug/roach & rat issues, lack of proper maintenance, management isn’t easy to reach & doesn’t really work with a sense of urgency to issues within the units, rent is still expected even when repairs aren’t made. People using drugs within the buildings. No elevator.
Advice to owner:
Don’t waste your money or time please look else where, this building is really old & the tenants though are really nice do not just welcome anyone, they really don’t speak to you for the first year. They’re rude and don’t care about being proud of they’re work as long as it gets you off they’re back.

Pros:
Apartment size is good and heat is wonderful in the cold weather
Cons:
Rats, roaches and water bugs water leaks all the time from ceilings, walls leaking brown fluid,apartment floors all cracked up, no kitchen cabinet/pantry space, limited electric outlets and has not had gas since the summer of 2019 everyone is cooking on a hotplate, broken buzzer in front of building so if ups can't get in u automatically miss your package on top of that they lack at fixing things in your apartments but they go up on your rent every year

Need to fix things ASAP
