Arrogant Super

Pros:
Layout. Wide spacious rooms and near by transportation and local shops.
Cons:
Super is not friendly at all . When ever you contact to repair a specific thing , super states that he is busy but will get to you. He prioritizes his own apartment as opposed to fixing the residents apartment. When asking about an update about it he claims he stopped by and no one was home . Be wary when he enters your apartment he is very observant on what belongings you may have and would use it against you . There has been numerous complains from other tenants saying the same thing. Super never actually fixes these issues rather he just whips out his plaster and beings to patch up work .
Advice to owner:
Kick that damn super out !
