Awesome neighbors and area but management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Awesome neighbours, best I’ve ever had! Everyone is very respectful of party times. Great garbage management, spacious apartments.
Cons:
Keep in mind that during warm weather noise from outside can be a bit much, depending which way apartment is facing, as windows are poorly insulated. Pest control needs to get on point, no matter how clean you’re- you’ll see it all at some point. Very conservative with heating. Management is not responsive to super about bigger fixes, so things just keep getting patched up and falling apart all the time.
Advice to owner:
FIX THINGS PROPERLY! Don’t just patch it up! Just because it’s Bronx, doesn’t mean people deserve to live like this. What’s more expensive, fixing a small leak or a whole collapsed ceiling?
