The building should be pass to the city.

Pros:
There's nothing pros to this building . If you looking think it twice maybe three timed before moving in.
Cons:
Everything is wrong with. No hot water More heat. The super sucks he don't know how to fix anything. The build is dark and dirty. The landlord let's any body that's coming out of shelters or drug programs.
Advice to owner:
Do the right thing. Have a conscience for your old tentants as well. He has a rotten heart.
