Ok building with awful tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, large apartments, porters are helpful and do as good a job as they can.
Cons:
Rampant package theft, smoking/urinating in the stairwells, constantly broken lock on the front door, the intercom straight up doesn't work.
Advice to owner:
More security and cameras to fine people. Have to teach them their behavior is unacceptable.
