Getting Better with Time & Tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
*Great heat in the winter
*3 min walk to the D train
*Deli is clean and right around the corner (The Alamo)
Cons:
*Leaks are frequent
*water could get turned off with no notice ^
* mostly no pests … but it does happen
*elevator stops working randomly
*loud summer nights
Advice to owner:
LISTEN to your tenants!
