Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s next to the train station and bus stop
Cons:
Everything , the manager don’t do shit you would have to call them 20000 times for them to even come Fix your problem it took them so long to fix our ceiling after it fell the ceiling fall in 2018 or 2019 and they didn’t fix it til this year
Advice to owner:
Fix ya building people are paying for it every month , they don’t live in it for free they pay so when something is wrong you have to fix it as soon as you can not years later fix everybody’s apartment from the first floor to the last floor new paint , new sinks , new toilet, new doors , new everything the building is always dirty and the floor get a janitor or something
