Pros:
Large and spacious apartments
Cons:
Chronically broken elevator, filthy tenants, loud tenants, broken hallway windows, rude and unprofessional management, incompetent and lazy superintendent, infested with vermin, repairs never done in a timely fashion, very cheap repairs when repairs are done, does not comply with NYC heating laws...
Advice to owner:
Fix all of the above
