Run of you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway station
Cons:
Be ready to wake up without hot water and heat during the coldest day. Be ready to fix things yourself because the landlord won’t do it. Make sure you are at home if you are expecting a package otherwise it will stolen.
