Repairs bad. Ownership even worse

Pros:
Good hot water & heat
Cons:
They do sloppy reckless work. They want you to live horribly & they wont do repairs unless it’s broken or absolutely necessary. Call 311 to file a complaint if you want things done & even then they still drag feet! They don’t care about the people. Only thing that matters to them is the rent. They’ll treat you with a dismissive attitude and will ignore your concerns. Time for folks with empathy to work for the company rather then these cold hearted people.
Advice to owner:
Create work order system where things get done in a timely manner! Need a better attention to detail from all staff members.
