Not someplace to live forever but a great place to stay

Pros:
Current Superintendent keeps the building clean, neighbors are nice, nice location, inexpensive rent
Cons:
Landlord didn't provide necessary appliances in the apartment, heat isn't good during the winter
Advice to owner:
Be kinder to your tenants and staff
