bad maintenance

Pros:
there is nothing that i like i'm trying to move out
Cons:
there are a lot of rats and if you tell the super he says it's normal, the super does not like to fix always has an excuse and never fixes anything there are always people in the hallway smoking and making a lot of noise
Advice to owner:
make sure the super is doing its job because it does nothing
