Good building just needs more supervision
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some nice neighbors. Lots of dope & crack heads that live in building
Cons:
The Super is a Big time hoarder. Watch what you put out because he’ll save it for himself. Bottle, cans, aluminum he saves it all
Advice to owner:
Needs to conduct pop ups to building
