HORRIBLE!! don’t move in this building

Pros:
In the 90s this building was good then it got WORSE!
Cons:
I’ve been living in this building for 30 years then moved out, the landlord sucks he doesn’t care about his tenants or the building ...the building is always dirty the landlord never wants to renovate anything the building needs renovation, security cameras, better security front doors and intercoms, needs to renovate the mailbox and walls in this building is basically disgusting
Advice to owner:
Choose better tenants don’t just give anyone the Aptarments because that’s another issue ...pay more attention to your building and tenants
