Run don’t look back
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros at all
Cons:
Bad neighborhood, noisy neighbors, a lot of mice and roaches , they never do the repair correctly
Advice to owner:
Hire a Super who like to be a Super and can do the job and not complain you don’t pay him enough, that’s very unprofessional to tell the tenants instead of speaking with management

Horrible Neighborhood and Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near stores and trains
Cons:
Horrible area, landlord never wants to fix anything correctly. A lot of mice and roaches
Advice to owner:
Monthly Exterminator for all apartments and Fixing apartments in timely matter and right not just covering it up so it looks nice and the following month it’s a issue again
