Needs many changes
Former Tenant
Pros:
The pros is the building location is within the vicinity of everything.
Cons:
The building can improve in many areas. Individuals in the building constantly play loud music outside from their cars/vans/jeeps and disregard any word from other tenants. Multiple tenant leave trash outside their door although they’re signs to not do so. They leave general trash bags and even large furniture items which can stay in the halls for days. Some tenants smoke cigarettes in the staircase which leaves the lingering smoke smell. Packages have been stolen within lobby area. Tenants leave downstairs door bell ringing so it allows access to anyone in the building. In two occasions there has been homeless people sleeping in the staircase and front lobby area. Roaches have been seen crawling on peoples doors and go under the doors into peoples apartments.
Advice to owner:
Take pride in what you own enforce rules and regulations stated in your lease! Hold tenants accountable for their mess. Provide a better safe clean environment for your tenants.
