Needs a new landlord

Pros:
Nobody steals your mail here.
Cons:
People be sitting by the stairs outside the doors, strangers peeing inside the building, overdosing people coming in the building, building is barely cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Please come in often especially because the supt is barely here doing his job.
